Once you have the return authorization number, carefully package the item in its original condition and include any accessories or tags that came with it. Make sure to include the return authorization number on the package.

Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you prefer, we can also offer you store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, such as underwear and swimwear. Additionally, any items that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product.
